VK’s mixologist, Brian Burnett, will teach you how to make a three classic Plantation rum cocktails: Blood Orange Ginger Mojito, Passion Coconut Banana Daiquiri, and a Pineapple Basil Pistachio Mai Tai. Served with Jerk Chicken, pineapple salsa and roasted plantains to enjoy with the cocktails. Class includes a set of bar tools (shaker, jigger, stirrer, strainer and muddler).
Class starts at 6 pm.
